Codification System

The Code Distribution Extension is used in combination with the Version Management Module. When a new version is issued there is the possibility to distribute that information to specific groups of users. An acknowledge system can be established to keep track of when the information is read/received by the user. There are several use cases about the Code Distribution Extension, some of them are related to:

• Quality System (distribution of Policy, Procedure and Working Instructions)
• Training Management Systems
• New product version
